President of the International TaeKwon-Do Federation and 9th Degree Black Belt, will be coming to Prince George, August 21st, 22nd and 23rd, to conduct 3 days of exciting seminars for the students and instructors of B.C.  Open to all students/ranks, this seminar will cover: patterns & fundamentals, sparring & competition training, self-defense, flexibility, theory, the “Do” of TKD, and many more interesting topics.  YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS THIS!
